Hi! I am Indigo Brown. A conscious freelance Creative Director with almost 2 decades of experience building and growing brands for the health & wellness, natural food & pet markets. I am a designer, photographer, filmmaker, writer, & visionary. I have extensive experience in strategy, branding, packaging, UI/UX design, photography, motion & film, social, & environmental graphics.
I am deeply passionate about conscious leadership. I love the work of The Conscious Leadership Group. I am very experienced in leading multi-disciplinary teams through large complex projects.
If I had to describe myself as a Creative Director, I would say, I am very capable of holding paradoxes and I am full of paradoxes. Projects have competing demands. Humans are beautifully unique creatures. I am good at holding space, being in the trenches, understanding and navigating complexity, helping teammates cultivate their skills, mentoring mindset and emotional intelligence, and delivering something that is beyond what anyone thought was possible. I’m highly intuitive yet logical. I am both business minded and wildly creative. I have seen and experienced just about everything in this industry, which means I am calm in storms. What I’ve been up to lately:
-I am currently attending Advaya 9-week course Woman & Power: Reclaiming & reimagining power in the world today. The sessions, led by prominent historians, activists, matriarchs, & indigenous leaders, are looking at how we can decolonize & reclaim narratives, & engage in practices for nurturing consciousness & connection.
-I am currently in Aubrey Marcus’ Fit for Service Core 2 coaching program. I am honored to be a part of this beautiful conscious community in order to be a more beautiful expression of my unique self to serve my family, friends, and the earth at large.
